Review:

What’s that coming over the hill is it a monster?…..no you fool it’s my mother with bags of shopping. Hello Independent Music News readers sorry about the random entrance; I suppose it was as creepy as Rupert Murdoch and his exercising regime (Google it – he looks like Yoda). In other news, I’ve decided I hate coffee and it’s after-taste; for some reason it tastes as bad as a pack of powdered cheese and tomato Aldi soup (that was a mouthful). As you can tell coffee makes me even more weird too so don’t be afraid if I randomly shout – BOOBIES or NIPPLES – it’s the coffee speaking…..imagine if coffee could talk, I bet it would be pretentious and have a laptop. Lets leave coffee behind and talk about today’s band – Baby Scream. We all hate a babies scream, however these guys take music to a next level, a progression some NME reviewers would say. Well guess what? I ain’t a scum-bag NME reviewer and neither or you so lets sit back and have a read of a mental review with subtle tones of maturity…..jokes on me.

Hit and Run - mother-fuckers.  We’ve entered the New York Mafia’s apartment and he’s listening to power-pop ballads……See it’s the coffee talking. I don’t know why but the music reminds me of aggressive looters that have robbed a smart price bag of rice. However the track isn’t aggressive at all; some would say it’s as oppressive as John Prescott’s healthy diet……..I’ll have another pie please. The vocals are like Smoothers they relinquish heart burn and hang-overs. The drummer should provide back tones for Jeremy Clarkson and his daily routines and the guitarist is as relaxed as Vanessa Feltz and her exercising routine. I do love this track and so should you.

Rate: 9/10
