Review:
Hello Independent Music News readers. For the past of couple of days I’ve been as indecisive as David Cameron and Nick Clegg’s relationship status on Facebook. The large majority of readers like my work and acknowledge my style of writing; I do ramble as much as Mr Bean on crack. However there is a small, miniscule percentage who love Q and NME writing; when I read their material I just want to walk outside and shout crap at passing civilians of democracy. So today I’m going to do something different…..fuck that…if you want to read NME then go and spend your life savings on an issue….then consume their pretentiousness and go to Urban Outfitters and pick out a new outfit.
In other news…..These Curious Thoughs sent me this single (look behind you….no! look down). Have a listen…then get back to me.
Care In The Community – failed policies. As soon as the track kicked in I lept out of my seat….I ran downstairs and hoped onto my bike…with my iPod in hand(Product placement – BBC quote). The reason for this random strategy? this track would be great with images or in a soundtrack for a film. The vocals are as sweet as apple pie and cream and the subtle guitar notes accompany but don’t disrupt the harmony. The track travels at a snail pace but sometimes snails win the race; just look at Gordon Brown as an example. I would buy this track…..but I’m a student and I have wasted my money on booze…great stereotype. Seriously….I have downloaded this track and if I had a bike…..it got robbed……this would be the soundtrack for my travels.
